In response to the unprecedented measure the Washington State Governor’s Office has taken in regards to COVID-19, we have prayerfully made the decision to not have services at this time.
We care about our people and intend to take precautions to ensure the health and safety of our community. Responsibility is of the utmost importance, to reduce the spread of this virus. COVID-19 has already changed life for many of us. To those that have lost loved ones already, we offer our prayer, sympathy, and care.
II Timothy 1:7 says, “God has not given us a spirit of fear; but of power, love, and a sound mind.” We are praying that peace would cover us as we go through this difficult time together.
During the coming weeks, we will be sending out updates as we evaluate this situation.
Our District Supervisor Dave Veach said “This is an opportunity for the church to rise up and serve those that are grieving, fearful, and needing direction. The history of the church is filled with stories of Christians rising up during times of crisis. My prayer is that this would be a time that the same thing happens and that thousands come to Jesus in this season.”
Hold onto this verse, especially during challenging times like this.
Isaiah 41:10 “Fear Not for I am with you. Do not be afraid for I am your God. I will strengthen you, I will help you, I will uphold you with my victorious right hand.”
Let us continue to be a beacon of light in the darkness, and a people of hope during this time of fear and distress.
Blessings and Grace
